This litigation consists of one action pending in the District of Delaware and one action pending in the Southern District of Florida. Texaco, Inc. (Texaco); its subsidiary, Texaco Petroleum Company (Texaco Ecuador); Gulf Oil Corporation (Gulf); and its subsidiary, Ecuadorian Gulf Oil Company (Gulf Ecuador) are the same four defendants named in both actions.
