ROONEY, Justice.

Appellant-petitioner appeals from an order adjudicating a claim of appellee-respondent in the matter of the estate of Neal Otis Boyd, deceased, which order apportioned to appellee one-half of the net proceeds from a settlement of a wrongful death action brought by appellant, individually and as administratrix of the estate. We affirm.
