ENSLEN, District Judge.

Defendant was indicted along with alleged co-conspirator, LaVern Groen, for criminal activity related to violations of the Gun Control Act of 1968, Chapter 44, Title 18 U.S.C. (Gun Control Act). When arraigned he pled not guilty. Subsequently he successfully brought a motion to sever his trial from Co-Defendant Groen and waived jury trial.
