Petitioner pled guilty to first degree burglary on March 8, 1977, and was placed on probation for four years on April 4, 1977. He was incarcerated in the Maricopa County Jail for 76 days from the date of his arrest on January 18, 1977 through April 4, 1977, and, he served 10 months in the Maricopa County Jail as a condition of his probation.
