OPINION

MORRIS, J.

Christopher J., a minor, a ward of the juvenile court (Welf. & Inst. Code, § 602), was found to have violated the conditions of his probation in that he had committed a new crime, burglary (Pen. Code, § 459). The minor was committed to the California Youth Authority. He appeals.
