This action was commenced on October 21, 1975. The representative plaintiffs are black males and the administratrix of the estate of a black male who were formerly employed by E. I. DuPont de Nemours & Co. ("DuPont"). Plaintiffs seek declaratory, compensatory and injunctive relief on behalf of themselves and all persons similarly situated. The original complaint alleged that defendants had engaged in racial discrimination...
