This is a suit to recover property damages sustained in an automobile accident. The Plaintiff, Southern County Mutual Insurance Company (Southern), brought suit as subrogee of its insureds, Robert and Patricia Whitehead. The defendants, Mark B. Bryant and Willard Bryant, reconvened for damages to the vehicle driven by Mark Bryant. After trial on the merits of the main and reconventional demands, the trial judge dismissed the demands of both parties...
