This cause is a civil action for compensatory and punitive damages for breach of contract and for fraud. Plaintiff alleges that jurisdiction is conferred upon this court by 28 U.S.C. § 1332 by virtue of damages in excess of $10,000, exclusive of interest and costs, and diversity of citizenship.
