Appellant was the executor for the estate of Harry Clark Jarvis. He also had retained himself as counsel for the estate. Appellee filed a motion to remove appellant from these fiduciary positions. Two hearings were held before a referee who, in a detailed opinion, recommended that appellant be removed.
