Plaintiff-appellant Faye Nomer, then Mrs. Kossman, obtained a default divorce decree against her husband, defendant-respondent Richard Kossman, on July 25, 1975 in Cassia County, Idaho. The decree granted Nomer custody of their three children and ordered Kossman to pay child support of $100 per month per child commencing August 1, 1975, said monies to be paid through the clerk of the Cassia County court.
