The original complaint in this securities action was dismissed on February 21, 1980 for failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted and for failure to plead fraud with sufficient particularity. Stromfeld v. Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Co., 484 F.Supp. 1264 (S.D.N.Y. 1980). The dismissal was without prejudice, and the plaintiffs were granted leave to file an amended complaint...
