This indictment charges the defendant, Sidney Clark (Clark), and two others with the murder of Claude Saunders (Saunders). The charges arose from the November 2, 1974 stabbing death of Saunders at a time when the deceased and the defendant were incarcerated at the Adult Correctional Institutions (ACI).
