This is a suit seeking to enjoin the Department of Housing and Urban Development from guaranteeing certain financing and to enjoin the trustees of IDS Realty Trust from obtaining financing for a proposed 172 unit multi-family housing project in Cobb County, Georgia, known as Paces Ferry Woods.
