OPINION

BUSSEY, Judge:

The appellant, Carlton Lee Wagoner, was charged in the District Court of Canadian County with a violation of 21 O.S. 1971, § 1503, Defrauding an Innkeeper. The jury found the appellant guilty of the above charge, After Former Conviction of a Felony, and assessed a sentence of one and one-half (1 1/2) years' imprisonment, in conformance with 21 O.S. 1971, § 51. The defendant was sentenced accordingly.
