C. E. Davis sued Edna Davis for a divorce on April 23, 1979 on the ground of wilful desertion. Edna Davis answered, denying the desertion, seeking the dismissal of C. E.'s complaint and counter-claimed for a divorce on the ground of three years separation. C. E. Davis was awarded a divorce. There was some division of the property. Edna Davis appeals.
