As appellant Ervin Allison states, the only issue in this appeal from his conviction for unlawful possession of a controlled substance in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a) is the validity of the ruling denying his motion to suppress a large quantity of heroin, some narcotics paraphernalia, money and a loaded revolver which had been seized in a warrantless search of a motel...
