BOWEN, Judge.

The defendant was indicted and convicted for the possession of marijuana. Sentence was six years' imprisonment and a fine of $1,500.00.

The marijuana was seized in a warrantless search of a "mini-warehouse" which was rented by a third party who had given the defendant permission to use some of the contents in the warehouse. The defendant contends that the trial court failed to suppress evidence that was the fruit of an unlawful search and seizure...
