Plaintiff was awarded damages for injuries sustained in an automobile accident which occurred in February 1976 in Midvale, Utah. Defendant contends on appeal that (1) contrary to the jury's finding, she was not guilty of failing to yield the right of way, because plaintiff's vehicle was not an "immediate hazard," (2) the trial court erred in refusing to instruct the jury with respect to a city ordinance...
