This is a suit by the sellers to recover damages for purchaser's failure to buy a tract of land as agreed. On July 11, 1978, the plaintiffs, William O. Moore and Janice Moore, agreed with the defendant, Leon Moore, that plaintiffs would sell and defendant would buy a certain tract of land in Shelbyville, Tennessee, upon terms set out in a written agreement signed by the parties.
