This action arises out of a contract to provide "Yellow Pages" directory advertising to Plaintiff by Defendant. Plaintiff asserts that on December 27, 1978, he entered into an agreement with Defendant whereby Defendant agreed to place certain advertising in the Yellow Pages of the 1979 Oklahoma City telephone directory. Portions of said advertising subsequently failed to appear in the 1979 directory...
