Plaintiffs in this action, Charles McKeever and Elvin Ross, brought suit alleging that their employer, Atlantic Spring and Manufacturing Company, Inc., discriminated against them because they are black, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. Atlantic now moves for partial summary judgment, contending that both plaintiffs failed to comply with various procedural requirements...
