Samuel Fevos was arrested and indicted on assault charges. The superior court dismissed the charges pursuant to a motion under Alaska R.Crim.P. 45, because Fevos had not been brought to trial within 120 days.1 The state petitioned for review of this ruling,2 and we now reverse, having concluded that no violation of the 120...
