This is a suit for damages allegedly resulting from the cancellation of corporate stock and the termination of employment contracts. The suit was instituted by Appellee Bob Rice, individually, against War-Pak, Inc., Amark Container Corporation, C. K. Henslee, Marion C. "Bud" Kimbell, Lester Justice, Tony Allen, and Lynn Foster.
