Travis Thomson sued Edwin Norton and Dallas County State Bank for fraud and nondisclosure in connection with a real estate transaction. The bank counterclaimed for a deficiency remaining after foreclosure. The trial court rendered summary judgment denying Thomson's claim against both defendants and awarding the bank recovery on its counterclaim.
