Cutright filed this suit against General Motors Corporation (G.M.) alleging that G.M.'s decision to lay-off plaintiff and their subsequent refusal to recall him constituted a violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., and a common law breach of contract.
