The issue tendered for resolution is whether the holding of the Workers' Compensation Commission that claimant's stroke was precipitated by a compensable back injury is supported by substantial evidence.

Claimant, a 54 year old male, who has a third grade education, sustained a back injury in the course of his employment and his physician fixed his disability, to the body as a whole as a consequence of this injury, at 15% which is not challenged...
