STATE v. CONLEY

No. 80-53.

603 S.W.2d 415 (1980)

STATE of Arkansas, Appellant, v. Otha Lee CONLEY, Appellee.

Supreme Court of Arkansas.

September 8, 1980.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Steve Clark, Atty. Gen., Little Rock, by Joseph H. Purvis, Deputy Atty. Gen., for appellant.

Robert A. Newcomb, Little Rock, for appellee.

PURTLE, Justice.

This same problem was discussed in our opinion in State v. Ruiz and Denton...
