This suit is before the Court on the motion of defendant Holiday Inns, Inc., to have the New York law firm of Kaye, Scholer, Fierman, Hays and Handler disqualified from representing plaintiff. The firm has been brought in by local counsel to act as "of counsel" to their firm. The complaint filed on behalf of plaintiff alleges that defendant has violated its license agreement with the plaintiff, which operates a Holiday Inn in downtown New Orleans...
