These cases are before the Court on motions to suppress filed by the Defendants seeking an order excluding from evidence the fruits of a search conducted by Canadian authorities in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada on July 24, 1975. The four cases were consolidated for the limited purpose of conducting joint proceedings on the motions, and an evidentiary hearing was held before me on August 6 through August 9...
