FONES, Justice.

Defendants were convicted of concealing stolen property valued at less than one hundred dollars and sentenced to serve not less than one nor more than five years. The Court of Criminal Appeals affirmed the convictions. Our grant of certiorari was limited to defendants' first assignment of error asserting, in substance, that the property had lost its status as stolen property because it had been recaptured by the police before it came...
