We granted certiorari to review the court of appeals' decision in Roberts v. Bucher, Colo.App., 584 P.2d 97 (1978). The court of appeals reversed a district court's judgment notwithstanding the jury verdict in favor of plaintiff Ronald P. Roberts, who had sued defendant Duane Bucher for defamation.
