The Court has before it for initial review a pro se complaint submitted by plaintiff, an inmate of the Iowa Men's Reformatory at Anamosa, Iowa. The complaint is brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, and jurisdiction is predicated upon 28 U.S.C. § 1343.
