On May 4, 1976, appellant was found guilty by a jury of first-degree burglary while armed, armed robbery, and lesser-included offenses. One of his contentions on appeal is that the government's cross-examination regarding his not having offered potentially exculpatory information to his parole1 officer was so improper as to have deprived him of a fair trial.
