On October 19, 1977 Ireco Industries, Inc., (Ireco) filed a petition for reorganization under Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act. No timely plan of reorganization was filed and on April 12, 1978 notice was given of a creditors meeting and hearing to be held April 26, 1978 for determination whether the case should be dismissed or the debtor adjudicated a bankrupt under the provisions of Bankruptcy...
