Following a jury trial concluded on October 7, 1976, appellant was convicted of robbery1 and conspiracy.2 Post-trial motions were denied, and he was sentenced to consecutive terms of from ten to twenty years imprisonment on the robbery charge, and two and one-half to five years on the conspiracy charge.
