Appellant filed a petition in the superior court seeking to set aside an order of adoption that allowed him to adopt the natural children of his former wife. Appellee filed a motion to dismiss the petition. The Superior Court of Maricopa County heard arguments on the petition, and thereafter the trial court granted the motion to dismiss the petition.
