PER CURIAM.

The court appointed attorney for petitioner has filed his motion for allowance of attorney's fees in this case upon the erroneous premise that he has fulfilled his duties in the present case. Counsel has taken our per curiam order of October 30, 1978, appearing in 264 Ark. at ___, 572 S.W.2d 385, as a denial of a belated appeal. This is a misinterpretation of that order.
