In this action of quo warranto both plaintiff and defendant filed motions for judgment on the pleadings. We entered an order denying plaintiff's motion, granting defendant's motion and dismissing plaintiff's complaint. From that order plaintiff has appealed to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, necessitating the writing of this opinion.
