It is ORDERED that JOHN W. SURGENT of Clifton be suspended from the practice of law for six months and until further order of the Court, effective May 28, 1979; and it is further

ORDERED that JOHN W. SURGENT be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review...
