This appeal is from the child custody portion of a divorce decree entered on December 15, 1978, by the Circuit Court for Montgomery County. On that date, Robert William Swain, Jr., the appellant, was awarded a divorce a vinculo matrimonii from Nancy Diann Swain, the appellee, based on the appellee's adultery.
