She was awarded her statutory interests in the appellee's real and personal property. Additionally, she is to receive one-half of the proceeds from the sale of their jointly owned home (approximately $55,000 equity) and a condominium ($18,000 cost with $14,000 mortgage); one-half in kind of municipal bonds valued at $12,000...
