A. Michael Hooke and Marguerite E. Hooke. his wife, appellants, sued Equitable Credit Corporation, John Balder, and Herbert M. Katzenberg, appellees, in the Superior Court of Baltimore City, alleging the malicious use of civil process. Appellees demurred to the amended declaration, as supplemented by a bill of particulars, and the court sustained the demurrer without leave to amend. Appellants now challenge the propriety...
