OPINION

HOWARD, Judge.

Appellant was found guilty by the trial court sitting without a jury of unlawful possession of dangerous drugs, a misdemeanor, and sentenced to six months in the Pima County Jail.

This case is before us for a second time. In a memorandum decision we held that appellant's submission of the case to the trial court on the record was tantamount to a guilty plea1 and remanded the case to the trial court...
