LEE, Justice, for the Court:

James E. Johns was indicted in the Circuit Court of Grenada County for robbery, the charge was reduced to grand larceny, and he was tried and convicted. The trial judge sentenced him to four (4) years in the Mississippi State Penitentiary, and he appeals here.
