OPINION
HATHAWAY, Judge.
This is an appeal from a conviction of assault with a deadly weapon, A.R.S. § 13-249(A)-(B). We affirm.
Appellant does not dispute that the weapon, a prison-made knife or shank, is a deadly weapon.
