The appellant, Jo V. Seibert, appeals here from the denial of unemployment compensation benefits by the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) on the basis that for two separate weeks she failed to meet the reporting requirements under Section 401(b) of the Unemployment Compensation Law, Act of December 5, 1936, Second Ex.
