Petitioner George Arce ("Arce") is currently serving a 25 year to life sentence in the Auburn Correctional Facility, Auburn, New York. On June 18, 1974, Arce was found guilty by a unanimous jury of two counts of murder and one count of conspiracy to commit murder.
