This is an appeal from a decision of the Bankruptcy Court, Votolato, B.J., finding that the defendant violated the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq. Specifically, the court found that the defendant violated 15 U.S.C. § 1639(a)(1) by failing to disclose the amount of credit of which the plaintiff has the actual use. It awarded statutory damages of $1000 and attorney's fees of $2500...
