This appeal arises out of a motor vehicle accident which occurred on October 20, 1976 in Prince George's County, Maryland. The appellants, Arthur Wright and David Mayer, sued the appellees, Clark Axford Hixon and David Clark Hixon, in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County, alleging injuries and damages arising out of the accident.
