A jury found defendant guilty of breaking and entering a building with intent to commit larceny contrary to MCL 750.110; MSA 28.305. He was sentenced to a prison term of not less than two nor more than ten years in prison. Defendant's motion for a new trial was denied. He appeals as of right.
